Hello, and welcome to the August 2017 issue of Child’s Play! This is the busy time for many of you, with kids either back to school or getting ready for their start date, so we will keep this one short!

It has also been a busy time here. Summer has brought us new research further proving KIBO’s effectiveness for young learners, new staff joining the team, exciting articles featuring KIBO in national publications and much, much more.

I also want to congratulate my fellow co-founder, Marina, on her latest book, Coding as a Playground. The reason we are in business is due to her research and her commitment to teaching young children a different way to learn and succeed in today’s STEM environment.
