CSTA New England Regional Conference

We hope you will be able to join us at the upcoming CSTA New England Regional Conference on November 12th at UMASS Amherst, where attendees will have the opportunity to share CS education, knowledge, and expertise and evaluate CS teachers’ needs.
KinderLab will be exhibiting and presenting about the hands-on, screen-free KIBO STEAM robot, for PreK-5th graders.
Join Jason Innes’ session on Saturday, November 12th at 11:00 – 11:50am – Meet Elementary Computer Science Standards with Playful STEAM, Coding and Robotics – Unplugged! At this hands-on session, you will hear examples of coding, problem solving, collaboration, and computational thinking in the early learning and elementary classrooms. Learn how screen-free STEAM robotics helps your young learners meet elementary CS standards.
About the CSTA Western Massachusetts Chapter
The Computer Science Teachers Association – Western Massachusetts Chapter supports and promotes the teaching of computer science and other computing disciplines. CSTA provides opportunities for K-12 teachers and students to better understand the computing disciplines and to more successfully prepare themselves to teach and learn.
